Today was another appointment!
It was a big appointment in the sense that Daniel (and his mom DiAnna) finally got to see the baby on the screen instead of just on a picture.
AND we got to hear the heartbeat today! Oh man...tears. I got teary the moment it came on the screen. I was glad to hear later that Daniel got teary too.
The baby now looks like a peanut. Literally. I can see why people call them that now.
The baby is measuring at 8 weeks four days (5 as I type this) which is right on schedule and everything looks good.
The heart beat is so strong (It's on the bottom of the picture) and fast! It was around 180.
You know, they say that higher heart rates are attributed to girls, and the 140 area is attributed to boys. So the "evidence" that it's a girl just keeps piling on up.
Grandma-to-be DiAnna has already started buying the baby things! How cute is that?
|Look at these little stuffies! So snuggly!|
It makes me so happy to know she's excited like we are. The baby was unplanned and a total shock but little sea monkey is growing fast and is gonna be here before we know it. I am glad that people are starting to come around and be excited with me.
P.S. To everyone who told me that they'd be taking half of my blood--LIES!! Untruth's!!! It was like 5 viles. That's it. It was nothing! QUIT trying to scare me people! I do enough of that on my own.
